Luxembourg’s national cricket team has just selected its players and is off to Prague later this month for an international tournament.  National Team Captain Joost Mees and former National Team Champion and team member Tony Whiteman talk about the national team, local teams, and how cricket has grown here in Luxembourg over the past decades.  It’s grown so much, in fact, that they are actively looking for another cricket grounds in addition to the beautiful Pierre Werner Cricket Grounds in Walferdange.

Many local players hail from India and Pakistan, so it’s a natural tie-in to talk to the Director of the Aide a l’Enfance d’Inde et du Nepal tonight, Francoise Binsfeld, about the effort to raise funds to help people in dire need during a second, brutal wave of Covid-19.  Go to www.aein.lu for more information.
